Pâinea cea de toate zilele                                      

                          domnului Ioan Mătieş                                 

fără somn adânc                                                     

între Ceruri şi Pământ                                            

boabele de grâu                                                      

visau lanuri                                                            

care erau brâu                                                        

pâinilor curate-nainte                                            

prescuri se vor preface                                           

nicidecum fără somn                                              

boabelor de grâu ale Domnului                             

iar într-o zi deodată                                                

ştiinţa binecuvântată                                             

între noapte şi noapte                                            

se defineşte „pâinea de pâine”                               

s-ajungă tuturor muritorilor                                 

de azi pe mâine…

without deep sleep

between the skys and the earth

the wheat grains

dreamt for the fields

that were a belt

to the clean loaves of bread ahead

comunion bread will become

by no means without a sleep

of the God's wheat grains

and suddenly one day

the blessed science

between night and day

is deffined „the bread by bread”

to be plenty for all mortals

day by day......
